GTA V: Ocelot Ardent v2.0

Today i present to you the "Ocelot Ardent" a classic two-door coupè
introduced in the Gunrunning Update during the Ardent Week event,
now ported to San Andreas but unlike other ports this one doesn't have
the tiny mg's and camos also the stretched plate is no longer present.

-Model & Texture Improvements.
-now only headlights & tailights turn on, previously everything turned on.
-no longer uses m4k3's windshield & damaged windshield textures.
-no longer uses m4k3's scratch textures.
-now chassis uses vehiclegrunge256 instead of a white texture.
-ped_frontseat has been readjusted.
-headrests no longer float in the air.
-a vehfuncs version is now available.

-Handling Improvements:::::::::::::::::::
-top speed has been reduced to 150 kph, previously was 250.
-now uses is_low vehicle animations.
-New Carcols.dat settings
