No. It's because here uploaded the old version of Mustang. Here is fixed version with right position of rear right wheel: http://sharemods.com/j80q2xz054qx/Ford_Mustang_GT_289_Hardtop_Coupe_1965_1.1__FM4_.rar.html
And wheels are skinny, cause the real one Mustang have it to! Did you see the photos?

wheels are skinny and heading outside , especially the rear right one
never saw this issue on other mods
tried rebuilding gta3.img , readding the files , copy without 1.txd and 2.txd and tweak handling flags ; nothing works
too bad , cause otherwise it looks perfect
is it because i added it as Virgo ?
