@evolutionX hey bro sorry for a bit late respond but nah, they are not tunable. You can repaint them or put nitro, but i didn't make custom tuning parts back then in 2015 xD i was learning many things back then

@efeberk this pack was released almost 5 years ago while I was learning how to convert cars and what's more, there are not as much cars in GTA III as in GTA SA.
