Descripción
I made a little re-colour of Luis' hoodie. I hope you'll enjoy, this is my first proper mod.
Instructions:
1. Download and install Open IV: http://openiv.com/
2. Open it and choose EFLC in the game selection menu. If you have to, select your EFLC game folder.
3. Go to "TBOGT/pc/models/cdimages/playerped.rpf"
4. Use WinRAR or 7Zip to extract the file.
5. Double click on the "uppr_diff_003_a_uni" file, and from the texture editor select the 'replace' option, and then replace the original texture with my edit.
6. Enjoy. If not, just replace it again with the original which I have provided.

@GTAIV12 Sorry, I was not on the site for a while. To anwser your question, I used Paint as at the time I didn't learn Photoshop well and essentially just combined the two pre-existing jacket models, the one with the black jacket and the one with the grey hoodie underneath. It's like a mish-mash of existing texture files, I didn't actually manipulate the colours.
