This mod adjusts the ambient lighting for dynamic objects like cars and peds.

WHAT DO YOU NEED:
- Grand Theft Auto: Vice City (1.0, unfortunately steam version is unsupported for now)
- CLEO for Vice City (you can find it on offical site - http://cleo.sannybuilder.com/)
HOW TO INSTALL:
Just place AmbientLightingFix.cs into CLEO folder
That's it! Have fun!

This mod is great! But it makes the smoke at Ocean Drive appear like floating balls of smoke. To solve that, you can set the number to 1.1 or 1.2 instead of 0.6. Unfortunately this makes this cool "fixed lighting" effect of this mod less noticeable, but that way it also makes SkyGFX Neo reflections appear properly without bad tail light reflections.
