Descripción
An ASI plugin that will make pedestrians (including Tommy himself) more talkative, like they were on the PS2 version of the game. There's also an INI file with a setting that can make Tommy even MORE talkative.

@MrAlexV
do you have C++ installed in your PC? that software is required to run this plugin correctly and have you downgraded your game to version 1.0? and also you need to install Ultimate ASI Loader.
tip:- install Classic Axis too https://gtaforums.com/topic/896122-classic-axis-for-gta-iii-and-gta-vc/ and aim on peds or cops by pressing right mouse button and you'll notice that Tommy will speak more but before that you need C++, Ultimate ASI Loader and downgraded version 1.0 of the game

@MrAlexV
if you don't have modloader then put both asi and ini file inside scripts folder or mss folder or you can simply put them inside root directory but you need an asi loader like Ultimate ASI Loader but you must put both asi and ini file otherwise the mod will not work correctly
