I'm getting an error:

ImVehFTDecals:::Initialise D3DXCreateEffectFromFile() - Failed

With clicking "OK" the game starts and runs normally, but how can I fix this?

Edit: I've already tried it with deleting the file in "User Files" but it did'nt help

indeed my laptop is an error, I don't know what
actually I don't care bro ...
it's just my old laptop ... everything works fine, it's just can't get in window mode ...
I've always played my MOD GTA SA with this 2GB laptop, it never crashes, everything works fine ...
cuz, My high end PC used to play other games,
I still use the 2gb laptop cuz there are so many memories.

all your MODs also work well ... sometimes I get confused other people complain of crashes or something ... even though their PC specs are above mine, very funny ...

not sure yet . But you can try it on ur own pc

Another reason why this is crash :
- Low CPU , you cant handle the stuff if Cpu already to 100% and makes game slow as Ram Limit

- Ram , if already reach the limit , game will lag and crash

- Visual render , dont underestimate this one . I am not good at this but always update ur directX to got a best improvements of ur game

- Mod . This will not close the reason why ur game is crash or something , because sometimes another mod/tool makes a limit or unlimited stuff , and ur pc cant handle it

So many reason why ur pc's crash , The best thing that i suggestion are try to explore 1 by 1 of ur mod . Well if it too hard , just download few trusted tool like this , try to separate and compare it with ur old one .

Just Make sure !
We can call it as "Starter Pack" of modding , I guarantee this will not cause many impact of crash if you install it Properly

I will try to improve ( if one of my mod will use other plugin to activated it ) !!

For Tester and try with ur specification of mod , Just Copy and paste ur original Gta ( without any mod pack inject ) and paste it !

If not cause crash and the game play automatically . Now you can modding or insert mod properly now !!

I will tell short Explanation of plugins
- Asi Loader : This is how asi will working
- Cleo v4.3 : Latest version of cleo , theres so much script that already compile based of .cs , This is very important stuff to modding
- Limiter adjuster : Remember , for medium or high end pc's will not impact so much . This is very recomended for Low end Pc !
- Modloader : we Dont need Gta img tool , anim manager , and Sound editor anymore , Just put your mod inside and let modloader working automatically for you !! Very simple and usefull
