Phil Cassidy Skin Pack (Fan Made)

This is a fan-made skin pack for GTA: San Andreas featuring 17 different outfit variations for Phil Cassidy from VC and VCS.

The goal of this pack was to explore different exaggerated interpretations of Phil’s personality — from more grounded biker looks to intentionally over-the-top, crude, and dark-humor designs inspired by early GTA mod culture.

Some skins are deliberately provocative and satirical, reflecting Phil’s unstable, aggressive, and abrasive characterization rather than attempting to be realistic or canon-accurate. These designs are meant to parody extreme biker/gun-nut stereotypes, not endorse them.
