@[PiTBuLLTr0n] if you're on mobile, download and open Zarchiver, go to the Main OBB, copy the audio folder and paste it on data/com.rockstargames.gtasa/files, go to audio/SFX, open NOT EXTRACT the GENRL.osw zip file, press the "+" button and press the button which looks like a document, select the folder that has the sound mod (it has "bank" on it and a 3 digit code, 001 and 002 for the Elegy), paste it, download and open GTA IMG tool, press the 3 doted button, select "SA audio fixer", go to data/com.rockstargames.gtasa/files/audio/SFX, select "GENRL.osw", and have fun, https://youtu.be/W4GRP9W4Qi4 watch this video for a better explanation
