Bully HealthBar Ring

This is a test version health bar for each NPC present is visible at a certain distance from the player's character.

Originally, I tried to use AI to create this as a mod for CLEO 4.4.4 with Cleo+, but I couldn't get it to work (Other simple scripts, such as displaying something on the screen, worked.) (I don't know how to write code for mods I can only sometimes edit it for my own needs if I know what to do), so I posted a request for help in the "The Modders Collective" server "mod-ideas" section. User "black" was kind enough to help. I’m grateful for his assistance in fixing or, more accurately, writing from scratch this mod in C++. As far as I can tell, the only thing left from my work are the textures since then, I've added a few alternatives.

You can use "Modloader" just put the “Bully Health Ring” folder there

or

this should work like standard mod

Put "BullyHealthRing.SA.asi" in the root folder, next put file named “BULLYHP.txd” in ...your folder with GTA SA\models\txd
