ENG: a small modification that fixes a feature not removed from the beta version which caused the cluckin' bell restaurant to close at 0:00 unlike the other restaurants that are open at any time in the game
ESP: una pequeña modificación que arregla una característica no eliminada de la versión beta la cual hacía que el restaurante cluckin' bell cerrará a las 0:00 horas a diferencia de los otros restaurantes que estan abiertos a cualquier hora del juego

@Austin 316 Better late than never i guess...
I have no idea why it's incompatible, but for now I recommend you edit the proper fixes "countn2" ipl file, the line code is almost at the end, in the "enex" section.
In "fdchick" just focus on the last two digits "6, 24" just change the 6 to 0
