install reshade files and renderhook files to gta folder

put the materials folder to your gta folder (must be extracted)

Please point me in the direction of a better looking RH preset. I mean sure, Serendipity's sky looks great and all, but watching a video of your v2 preset I was blown away by the night...then the sun came up and it looked like RH again
(as opposed to ENB). But then I saw the v3 video and the daylight even looked phenomenal. I only wish there were more videos of your preset.
