SET BRIGHTNESS TO MAX.
This is a ENB is made to produce Best graphics in GTA-SA.It was my "Vision" to built something Ultra Realistic.
Features:
- Latest Renderpipeline(ENB 0.398)
- Almost Bugless
- New Realistic Atmosphere
- New GTA V like lightning
- Better performance
- Simple installation
- Pushes DirectX9 RENDERPIPELINE TO MAX

I tried to make the graphics as REALISTIC as possible. I hope I did it ...
Note:
1-THis mode is for Mid-High end pcs only
2-Disable all kinds of defenders to avoid headache.
3-In the settings set Brightness to Max.
4-Don't forget reading Readme after downloading.
I had created an older final version but it is un compatative against newer mods so an update was necessary.
PLEASE BACKUP YOUR GAME BEFORE INSTALLING THIS MOD.
For other modders:This mod contains work from other authors.If any modders claims his copyright then he can contact by email or get his credit added or his work removed.
I hope you will like my mod .Support me if you downloaded the mod and liked it and if not please give verdict for future project.Once again thanks to everybody who helped in making this mod possible.

I am not saying anything just in case you want to try new textures.
*For Above given road textures you can just overwrite old Gtav textures you installed...It might fix the bug you were talking about
