Does anyone know why I'm getting this 'octagon-like' transition with this skybox mod?

It's like the vanilla skybox is conflicting with this mod, even though I installed it right:

- all 4 Skybox.cs files to CLEO folder
- replace timecyc.dat in DATA folder
- 2 files replaced in gta_int.img
- 2 files replaced in gta3.img
