Advanced Vehicle Persistence

The script keeps your cars, boat and plane or helicopter exactly where you left them, with the same colors, tuning parts and paintjobs, and everything is stored right inside your game save. An insured car can be called to you even after it has been wrecked.

The idea comes from Advanced Vehicle Persistence for GTA 4.

Important: requires GTA San Andreas 1.0 US, CLEO 4, CLEO+, NewOpcodes and Mod Loader. For now the mod does not work with new (add-on) vehicles from other mods, but it works fine with vehicle model replacements.

Features:

• 4 slots: two for cars or bikes, one for a boat and one for a plane or helicopter; one key puts the vehicle in the right slot and it no longer despawns.
• Full persistence: vehicles stay exactly where you left them, with the same position, heading and tilt, even after you quit the game.
• Colors, tuning parts and paintjobs are saved and updated automatically while you drive.
• Everything is stored inside your game save: no extra files, each save has its own vehicles; overwriting another save with your current one carries the vehicles over.
• Quit without saving and your vehicles go back to how they were at your last save.
• Call a car from slot 1 or 2: after a short wait it shows up out of sight, on the road or sometimes on a sidewalk; it can't be called from inside a building or when it is already nearby, and the feature can be turned off.
• Insurance: the price depends on the vehicle's value, an insured car that was destroyed comes back for free when called, otherwise you pay a recovery fee.
• Boats and aircraft can't be called: insured ones respawn at a spot you set with F9, uninsured ones are lost when destroyed.
• Custom blips on the radar and map with replaceable images; Num* cycles between all, cars, car 1, car 2, boat, aircraft and off.
• Hotkeys and more are configurable in the ini.

Installation: drag and drop the Advanced Vehicle Persistence folder from the archive into your modloader folder.
