No Meter Increase

Hello! Hope all is well! 

Here's yet again another mod! Have you ever played the missions like Snail Trail, N.O.E. and Key to her heart and are forced to comply to the meter distancing? Well with this mod you no longer have to worry about the meter.

Installation is simply, just simply move the script to your cleo folder. 

No bugs but the only issue is that in N.O.E even when the meter doesn't increase, the above radar beeping still plays but the meter doesn't increase, and also for snail trail it warns you when you are too close but the meter doesn't increase. 

Also one important thing, in snail trail and Key to her heart, during the chase, don't ram the cars or shoot at them. The mod only stops the meter from increasing, not to fully disable the extra things.
