No Custom License Plate Garage Reset (Unique Vehicles)

many iconic story characters and unique reward vehicles spawn with highly memorable, custom-made license plates (like Sweet’s "GROVE4L", Ryder's "SHERM" Ceasar's "LVA4L" and other unique vehicles. Have you ever collected any of the main missions or girlfriend's car with a custom liscense plate but it resets after you put it in a garage and reopen it? Well this mod will prevent any of those cars to reset their plates once you reopen the garage. 

The following Cars include : Girlfriend's cars. Mission Cars and Driving School completion cars that are found around the city of San Fiero. I have left a showcase video and if there are any cars that am missing, LMK and i will update the car. Installation is Simple. Move the mod to your cleo folder or modloader folder. I left a showcase video, due note it was a preview video so any mistakes to the plates in the video have been fixed! I Even tested going on missions and stuff with these cars and have no experienced any crashes. I will leave a readme with the full list of cars that i have done. I'm pretty sure the list is all the main cars. I plan on adding the Mafia's Admiral from "You had your chips" For both the Blue one and the Brown one but weirdly enough i never saw a custom plate that doesn't randomize but i could be wrong and if i am, please let me know!
