Remember this Mod From Gamebanana,
Today The Creator Who puts this decides to thrash the mod completely
making the Mod Impossible to download in Gamebanana
But Now its time to download CLEO Ragdoll Here, Because i Backup this Mod Before.
Credits to the Original Creator who made this. (Madleg)
I Only Repost it here..
Installation
1. Put Cleo4 in your GTA SA Directory. (First)
And
2. Put CLEO Ragdoll in GTA SA Directory,
3. Play the game, enjoy.
(No Need to Type Anything, the mod will do it's thing automatically)
Issues:
Only Works in PED Skins
Some Skins will not work to CLEO Ragdoll (Like The Player CJ)

(I Only Put this here to Remember the Mod and never lose in the internet's
as a backup, or something.)
I don't own this okay, its done.
