Descripción
A Chaos inspired CLEO mod that activates a random unfair effect every 15 seconds.

Changelog:
Update 1.3.1 (September 25th, 2021):
New effects added, added new clothes for the "Random clothes" effect, new section for the .ini, deactivate effects by adding keys to it.
Update 1.3 (September 20th, 2021):
Rewrote the entire mod, now every effect has its own file, allowing for multiple effects at the same time. The mod has less effects, but these few are better done and also better additions to the mod, also changed the formatting of text and time in the mod.
Update 1.2 (September 3rd, 2021):
More effects, with gravity and speed manipulation. The mod has 37 effects now.
Update 1.1 (August 24th, 2021):
New effects were added, and some things were changed.
The game has a .ini file now, it contains configuration for 2 effects.
"ranmis" is the Random Mission effect, it is deactivated by default due to instability.
"rolcre" is the Roll Credits effect, it is deactivated by default because it occurs very often, takes very long and occupies much of the screen, being more annoying than supportable.
