Vic have feedback me the installation guide is not clear that make him didn't import the .ifp files inside cutscene folder to models/cutscene.img.
Need to note that, the files inside cutscene.imgs and gta3.imgs folder need to import to corresponding img files that inside the models folder.
E.g. Import all files inside gta3.imgs folder to models/gta3.img. Import all files inside cutscene folder to models/cutscene.img.
If anyone had the problem, make sure the ifp files had import to the .img files. (can try rebuild the img files, or import ifp files inside cutscene.imgs folder to gta3.img if the game still crash)

I've done everything in this post, and I STILL have the problem where the game crashes at the very last quarter on the loading screen. It makes an audible pause, freezes for about a minute, then closes the game.
Maybe I did something wrong, since I put every single IFP file into gta3.img. I'm not too sure how the placements of all the files is meant to look.
Anyone know what to do exactly?

Need Help.
I can't make this work on a fresh gta sa modifiable.
And, I've put the files on its respective areas...
- Crash after loading new game so I deleted fps_extend.cs then EVE is accessible
- Crash again if TAB (to access the skills/transform)
This is the most awesome mod I've seen... sadly I can't enjoy it yet unless someone can fix this.

to Project EVE i can fix all problem for crashing if you allow me to do some tweak and send you back to you so you can re upload it every one love your mod so me too
i have already done corrected because even it was crashing in my game too... otherwise i couldn't play this wonderful mod i love it
