hello my friends and mod lovers <3.........
this is the new version of my gta v kill flash effect mod which is too much popular...
as you can see that my previous version of this mod
was a little buggy that it played thee kill sound twice
and the effect too
so fixes are
>quicker transition
>effect stays for less time like gta v ((under reasonable consequences))
>doesnt lag the game
>and some minor fixes

this is the simplest version of this mod,
i.e the previous version was too long for me to code.. what ever....

it is open source
can open with sanny builder
DO NOT STEAL IT !!!!!! . BE careful !!!!!
make sure you give MY credits [samontik25] while displaying this
mod in tc's or on youtube.
