@Black0uT_ i already had that even before downloading mods and its super annoying cause there is a mission that requires using that road but atleast there is a mission skip mod
In San Fierro city not far Doherty Garage. There are missing road and you can't drive on him. And if you fall, you will never recover because the game keep spawning you on the sidewalk on the same transparent road. And you fall again.
