open your gta3.img with imagetool 2.0
Press F2 and type club, press F3 till you find Club1.txd
replace club1.txd
replace club2.txd
replace club3.txd
Press ctrl A and add club4.txd

start gta , search the car, Go to the tuning shop ( if handling is streetracer goto wheel arch angel, else to transfender)
and spray your paintjob of your choice
