Try Stream Mem Fix or get a cleo plugin that will boost the game's memory.

for anyone who think this car is too heavy :
i can run this mod on my cheap netbook with 1ghz processor, 256MB graphic card, 2GB ram [acer aspire one 725] with average 25FPS even when 4 of this car spawned together
i cant think how old your pc is anyway when i convert medium quality car no one like it
