GTA V: Bravado Gauntlet Classic v2.0

The Gauntlet Classic is now available for San Andreas, replacing the Clover by default. The car was added in the Diamond Casino & Resort Update but
it was later used as a gettaway vehicle for The Diamond Casino Heist.

-6 extras or 4 if silentpatch or vehfuncs isn't installed.
-3 roof options (primary, secondary & vinyl).
-rear side vents.

1.-Models & Textures-----
-the chassis now uses vehiclegrunge256, which means it will get dirty.
-improved chrome reflections.
-improved lod model, the lights now work.
-the roof options are no longer tied to vehfuncs, as they work under the vanilla SA extras mechanic.
-the seat stitching has been removed.
-the window louvers are no longer a extra, now its available in the vehfuncs variant.

2.-Other Improvements------
-Reduced top speed & acceleration.
-2g_boost & npc_anti_roll flag have been disabled.
