It's hard to say right now, because the work is not yet completed; however, I use the lightest version of 3D.
Then depends on the PC, mine is:
W-10 1607, 64 bit
IntelCore i3-4150 - 3.5 GHz
4 GB RAM
nVidia GeForce GT 705 - 1 GB

@amroalsmair the improved vehicle features let you use the custom lights instead of the original lights (SA lights) and enable the turnlights, brakelights, foglights, reverselights but not make the graffic card better try to use the memory512 (google it) and use fastman92 limit ajuster (make sure that you have Cleo 4 mod installed!!) i hope taht this helped you

@amroalsmair depends how strong your pc is for example for a intel atom single core 1.6GHZ i can hold up to 2MB (without spec) at 20 to 5 FPS( because my pc is a lazy one) but you can use up to 3-4 MB maybe but it depends how many mods your GTA has

i know some things about that like I must replace a 2 door car with another 2 door , IDK if that's true , it's not a specific car but thnx anyway , you're the best !

The only problem is to replace a car with 2 doors with a car 4-door, if this 4-door is used in a few missions of the game.

is easy, just rename the dff and txd files, and change the data in strings in the other model:
infernus.dff -> cheetah.dff
infernus.txd -> cheetah.txd
