unzip copy csa and fxt file & paste in
com.rockstargames.gtasa\HERE!

copy data folder and paste in
com.rockstargames.gtasa\files\HERE!
and
replace dff files in gta3.img
after this put gta3.img in
come.rockstargames.gtasa\files\texdb\HERE!

FOR REPLACE dff files no need pc just download
these 2 software from android market for free

NOW ALL ANIMS WORK WITH MUSCULAR skin too..
just REPLACE this file in gta3.img

and this one fully worked.. I think u should 1st download from old post and start game.. after that try this
