= converted the IVF lights to SA lights
= rescaled the model to 110% with a custom vehicles.ide line
= unique texture names
= retextured plate
= decreased reflection, now looks good with or without graphics mods

= seperated the dff's parts to prevent exceeding 20k polys, no more black cleo
