If you have the blocked mouse problem then it is possible that you can't activate the mods.
I had this problem the last time and to fix the problem I had open the task manager of windows then in the details tab I had search the game Gta San Andreas and I had disabled the processors except 1 in "define the affinity".

After all the mods could work without problems :).

I know I haven't contributed much over the last few years (no much time sadly).

Mod in "development" :
- Mario Kart Mod (Fun but never finished, and at risk of copyright issues with Nintendo).
- SWAT Mission (first mission finish of 10), but i needed to fix all the first mission because i used global variable in the past and it's really a bad choice. Around 2026, I fix 3/4 of the issue. Yes, sometimes I still improve my mods.
About the second mission i have an idea for a short mission but the first mission need to be fixed first in priority and it's a big mission inspired by caligulas casino mission but in a SWAT operation style.
