OpenIV is a multi-purpose editor and archive manager for PC version of Grand Theft Auto IV/Episodes from Liberty city and Max Payne 3. OpenIV major features:
Grand Theft Auto V (v2.5 - April 2015)
Currently you can only view files, edit features are not available now. You can open archives and textures, the other resources will come later. The audio playback is also not available now. Creating and editing IMG archives (version 3)
Creating and editing RPF archives (version 2 and 3)
Inbuilt viewers for common GTA IV & EfLC files (text, images etc)
Inbuilt player for GTA IV audio files
Inbuilt SCO script decompiler (hight livel code generator)
Inbuilt WTD Texture editor. (Creating, Editing, properties changes etc)
Global search in all game archives and sound files
3D Placement Search
3D Viewer of models files - WDR, WDD, WFT, WPFL
3D Viewer of collision files - WBN, WBD
3D Viewer of NavMesh files - WNV
openFormats Import/Export to allow work with GTA IV/EfLC resources in 3D editors (for example, 3Ds Max).
Text based format for easy WPL editing.

This tool is a FUCKING MUST-HAVE! And when I say MUST-HAVE I mean it!!
This tool views/replaces/modifies files for 4 games with ease and support X360/PS3 versions of GTA 5!
Even if you don't mod your games but interested in looking at the models, you need to have this tool!

Ich Habe das selbe proplem wie TWjan25 und bin froh das ich nicht der einzigste bin. ich hatte schon ein crack drin aber das ist keine dauerhafte lösung da noch updates kommen werden. Hat denn keiner eine idde oder wie habt ihr anderen die mods installiert , muss man bei open iv vieleicht was einstellen ?

When open iv editor mode comes, this site is gonna booming with mods because you can edit the files already but you just cant replace them in the game files so people are modding the files and when they release the editor mode people is gonna be already modded it so all you go to do is replace it with the game files its gonna be amazing i kinda wish they would hurry though

Hope so. Zmodeler's Oleg says, only Zmodeler3 will have an import/export plugin.
I hope someone will make an import/export plugin for 3DS Max too. :P

Then brother Do this- Configure your Joypad controls .
Just play!.
Dont get it ? It emulates a keyboard with your joypad whatever it is. Just remember to Put Mouse keys to For -x -y I dUNNO Sorry lol But my Solution works brother

Hello, I don't know who to contact. But I think this problem needs to be addressed. While playing gta 5 I've noticed there is a lack of peripheral support. The game only recognizes xinput devices and not direct input devices. I have a logitech driving force pro and a logitech extreme 3d pro flight stick, I would love to beable to use, but they do not work with gta 5. Me and my friend have tryed emulation software with no luck. and when I try to use my gaming software the GTA 5 Luncher say error 15 game wasn't lunched via steam.having a sterring wheel and pedals and a flight stick would make the game more fun for me.is there any way this can be done. thank you.

I hope someone makes the mod to bring back the animations of pedestrians like in gta 4 and fixes people health. I think it's total crap that in gta 5 if you punch someone or shoot someone in the leg he/she is immediately dead. There is no wounded stage, no limping, lying on the floor... Sometimes i just want to punch some in the face like in gta 4, now if you just touch someone it's death. Please, some make this mod!
