3.Replace decals.dat

Replace explosionfx.dat with my File.
Click File and Rebuild, and Rebuild again.

How to install:
Install Script Hook by Alexander Blade then drag the "Nice Fly.asi" and "nicefly_config.ini" files to the main GTA V directory.
Controls:
-Press H - to enable/disable.
-Hold LSHIFT to boost.
