water.xml added to rar file.

Discover secrets being hidden in this secret underwater military base
Here the government are experimenting with zombies and strange alien eggs that change colour at night.
The military also hide weapons and nukes here.

-adds a new underwater base to the game using a .net script
-adds marines guarding the base
-If npcs are dead then press N to respawn them.

Check location picture in the downloaded rar file to see exact location.

Instructions:
First run OpenIV and go to edit mode, Navigate to common.rpf/data/levels/gta5
And then replace water.xml with the one included in the download.
Put SecretUnderwaterBase.dll file in GTA V "scripts" folder
Put SpawnUnderwaterBaseNPCS.dll file in GTA V "scripts" folder
