RVP (Real Vehicle Patches) UPDATE 0.2

Update! No longer have to go through directories to install, just use the package installer in openiv and you're done. If you've already installed this mod previously just install package RVP3, that is where the updated files are located.

Over 150 vehicle patches converted to real life brands. Full list of vehicles changed inside readme file.

I've now included an optional install California license plates I just made for those that want it.
