This tool allows you easily modify the handling of any vehicle in GTA IV. You can apply values one by one, or change a specific value for all cars!

The author has hacked it so the tool doesn´t work if you don´t have the readme file, which makes no sense.

Great tool, however, a few of the values are wrong. I am using v1.0.7.0. You only need to rename a few items in two of the tabs and that's it. Hopefully you will still update after all this time.

Brakes & Traction tab:
Rename "Curve Max" to "Steering Lock"
Rename "Curve Min" to "Curve Max"
Rename "Curve Lateral" to "Curve Min"
Rename "Curve Longitudinal" to "Curve Lateral"
* Curve Longitudinal (Wcl) no longer has a value to edit in handling.dat *

Miscellaneous Tab:
Rename "Steering Lock" to "Handbrake"

if you make an update please add presets like drift,drag etc...
