Bas Rutten and Jeremy St. Ives - IV Beta Peds

The IV Models for Bas Rutten and Jeremy St. Ives converted to PC from the 2007 Beta build that was on an Xbox 360 Devkit. Their basegame IV models as seen on the in-game TV show "The Men's Room" were infamous for being removed from the final game's files with only small remnants of their models being mentioned in the files and their TBoGT versions being left only as cutscene models in the retail version of that DLC.

Includes:
- Both their Ingame models and Cutscene models are included (Although the CS models aren't really useful for most people)
- Unused pedprops for Bas
