Aleks Thornton / EFLC FIB Peds for IV

Simple mod that adds the EFLC FIB Agents (and the IAA Director Aleks Thornton) into the base GTA IV. They will show up in police chases, but will spawn in the basic LCPD car. Also good for NPC battles. They replace the Alderney State Trooper and Traffic Cops.

Installation :
(USE OPENIV OR IT WILL NOT WORK!)
