Part of a larger mod in the forums I've decided to split to this site since I was kind of proud of it.
WHAT IT DOES:
Replaces all three Trunchez Brothers in Dwayne's second mission (Undress To Kill) with custom models with new textures. This replaces the SCO script and includes the models for Component Peds and Peddrops.
HOW TO INSTALL:
In order to add these new peds, you must edit GTA.DAT (Located in Common/Data) and add the following lines at the end:

IDE common:/DATA/newchar.ide
Then create a file in the same folder named "Newchar.ide" and add the following:
peds
ig_trunchez, ig_trunchez_p, GANG_PUERTO_RICAN, move_gng@latino_b, GESTURES@MALE, GESTURES@M_PHONE, FACIALS@M_LO, visemes@m_lo, 0, move_gng@latino_b, null, 5,4, PED_TYPE_PLAYER, LATIN_HEAVIES, VOICE_PLY_CR
ig_javier, ig_javier_p, GANG_PUERTO_RICAN, move_gng@latino_a, GESTURES@MALE, GESTURES@M_PHONE, FACIALS@M_LO, visemes@m_lo, 0, move_gng@latino_a, null, 5,4, PED_TYPE_PLAYER, LATIN_STREET_THUGS, VOICE_PLY_CR
And save.
