Adds a new kevlar for niko
this kavlar ONLY suitable for "flight jacket"(You can buy it at "RUSSIAN SHOP" in HOVE BEACH)
The kevlar is an ADDON mod, which means you need to use a Native Trainer to spawn it.
install:
Drag all the files in GrandTheftAutoIV/pc/models/cdimages/playerped.rpf
