Does anyone know how to get this to work? Nothing I do works. I have everything for the mod and I follow the instructions but nothing. Help?

@AustNerevar Sure, I had this problem too. It turns out that in order for it to run properly, you actually have to right-click on your GTA IV launch icon and select the option, "Run as administrator". Then, once it loads, it should work perfectly

ohh and another different the speedometer. in this mod it is on the left side indicating time and speed. in the video its on the right in red color and u cant see the time :)

i think the video isnt about this mod :/ 2 things are the same: 1. time traveling panel 2. the fire on the ground.
missing: lighting in front of the car, after time traveling u dont have smoke what is getting out of the car. its nice mod btw but just a copy of the original or just an unfinished version

i installed this mod but not sure if its updated. the time circuits skin is very basic.. and i don't have the lighting in frost of the car.. did i download and older version of the mod? the file version i have is
0.4.0.0
