I've always hated the default look of winter trees. They didn’t look so realistic at all. However, that has now changed. Now, you have trees with twigs and plus, they are covered with snow which makes Liberty City more beautiful than before. :)
NOTES: This mod is not actually mine. The main creators are DOUBLE DOPPLER and LIBRTZ. So all the credits go to them with respect. As for me, I just improved every trees and bushes by copying and pasting which was really needed. That's it. Enjoy!

@gtafuckexpert Thank you, and yes. That's true. Which is why GTA IV is one of the best ever made realistic game and is still played today. With or without mods, It does not matter. But it is very sad how Rockstar nowadays treats this masterpiece without any respect.

If you created the branch textures, you are also the author of the mod. Although I will allow myself to call you the author, since you brought this modification to mind, don't cross out your name, you've done a real and good job. I completely agree with your opinion about winter mods. Just not everyone has the talent to invent beautifully. It's really beautiful and very realistic. Thank you! In fact, GTA 4 is the kind of game for which there are very unusual and interesting modifications that make it very realistic that you always want to play it again.
