SkyGraf IV 2.0 (FF)

It´s a graphic mod based on Reality IV without enb series
has new colors,effects and sky, it has the cold atmosphere
of New York
has more linear and cleaner colors than the original game
but although it is not 100% vanilla friendly
it respects the essence and ambiance
the minimum requirements are the same as the original game
not for that reason its graphics are worse than the original

please don´t skip the 1st otherwise the mod won´t work properly
any bugs found can be reported to me
I´m in the GTA IV Modding Communities and am moderately active
