Descripción
This is a very simple, optimized and natural ENB modification will enhance your gameplay with fresh epic new graphics. It`s a mix between CryENB and ICEnhancer with a lot of tweaking to match what I like.
Installation is easy, just open the RAR file using WinRAR or WinZIP and read the instructions of each folder inside that folder. EFLC files included.
Tested and worked on GTA IV 1.0.7.0 and EFLC 1.1.2.0.
I am not sure if this ENB will work on other patches, but you can try it out.
Backups for GTA IV included.

@surena2000 Hey, I would love to see someone make a dark enb to fit it with no shadow in the settings,and to fit with the darkness...some 'wet' effect on clothes,etc.And the texture to be like 'ghetto'.And a DARK night with yellow lights on street,like the sky is black with some yellowish tint,with light coming from building (or not if it take too much fps).It will be my DREAM if you can make this
I need to suffer with Natural and realistic enb with no shadow and 800x600p with LOW fps... 
if you can make it quick it would be perfect.(Sorry for my bad English)

I have a question though;
What would make the ENB look better in your regard while maintaining minimal performance hits as well as keeping it running smooth on multiplayer servers that have custom time and weather settings?
