Yes, that is my description of the mod. :P
How to install is in the readme file.
Controls:
Aim at ped then press the middle mouse button = Make ped kill himself
Changeable in the ini file:
The controls.
How much force to apply to the ped.
Credits:
JulioNIB: for the original animation
Megadeth1718: for the updated animation
Ace51: for requesting the script
LetsPlayOrDy: for creating the script

Blood comes out of the ped's head!
New updated animation!

I tried this on cops but they were alarmed and kept shooting me till i was dead. Went to hospital, tried it on people in the waiting room, nothing.
I found this in scripthookdotnet log:
