The contants of the "read me":
*Copy "dakota" folder in GTAfolderpcdatamaps
*Then open the file:
commondatagta.dat
*Find this line: IDE platform:/DATA/MAPS/EAST/BRONX_E2.IDE
and add this line below: IDE platform:/DATA/MAPS/DAKOTA/DAK_M.IDE
*Find this line:IPL platform:/DATA/MAPS/EAST/BRONX_E2.IPL
and add this line below:
IPL platform:/DATA/MAPS/DAKOTA/DAK_M.IPL
*Save, Close (make sure that "Read only" attribute is uncheked)
*Then open the file:
commondataimages.txt
*Find this line: platformimg:/data/maps/east/bronx_w2 0
and add this line below:
platformimg:/data/maps/dakota/dakota 0
*Save, Close (make sure that "Read only" attribute is uncheked)

this map work in GTA4 only, doesn`t work in TBoGT. You will find it near the oil facility (or how it names in English), in Acter Industrial Park.
