Smaen, The reason why the doors don't work, no damage to the car, and no shooting is because you spawned it in with Car Spawner or some other spawner or a mod spawned it like that just abandon the car and get another one.
Pranukas, Same thing as Smaen, but use the Emergency Lights System, as mentioned here: http://www.gtaall.com/gta-4/mods/56209-emergency-lights-system-v8-els.html and It should then work.
DMaD2, no sorry, AI cop cars don't use the lights but you can use this mod here: http://www.gtaall.com/gta-4/mods/53509-cryenb-v3.html in order for it to work you will need AdvancedHook.dll which you may have to search here: http://www.lcpdfr.com/ for "AdvancedHook.dll Fix" or something like this "AdvancedHook.dll download" for the download for AdvancedHook.dll

Really nice car, but ugly at the same time. lol. I really want this, but I hate using ELS, 'cus of no damage, doors not working, and the worst part, no shooting! Is there a non-ELS version somewhere? If no, someone, please make one!
@Pranukas: You need to download ELS (Emergency Lighting System) to make the lights work. I hate that!

Please, can someone help me with this mod? I installed it, and it seems to be working good, except for the emergency lights. They don't flash at all. Sometimes they just remain off and sometimes they light up, but remain static, no blinking or w/e. The siren works properly.
Any help would be apreciated, this mod is awesome and I want to fully enjoy it.
