Descripción
Author: lgkiller93 ; IMPROVEMENTS AND LIVERY: GTAMEN00
The top unit of the Liberty City state police fleet is now yours to drive !
The model is completely functional and weight just 0,9 MB!! Handling reworked to be more lore friendly. With an exclusive Livery of the Liberty State dept. inspired by the official NY State Police to create more variety and freshness to the NooSE units. Too beautiful to not use it!
Installation explained in the readme.
