With the help of extras, variants of license plates have been added. Thanks to different combinations of extras, we get about 10 different numbers,
which at least somewhat fixes the lack of full-fledged license plates in the game engine

FaceLift done by me for the Oracle2 model from GTA5 and converted to GTAIV
Made panoramic roof, headlights, taillights, changed bumpers, corrected overall geometry
Ability to change the color of chrome
Supports all the capabilities of the GTAIV engine (scratches, glass breaks, bullet marks)

@johnwoo20 the taillights cannot be implemented on the trunk and on the body at the same time (only a brake light is possible), so I decided to tie it to the trunk and body element, it works constantly when the engine is running and is dented together with the body elements, this is how it was intended
