Restore Deleted Objects (Part2)

Part 2 for restoring deleted objects, alternatively referred to as Part 2 for deleted props.

Part 2 includes all content from Part 1 with minor adjustments.

Add more unused objects still retained within the game. Some are placed based on early screenshots, with references to the gta3d mod as well as locations I deem suitable.

Remember to read the txt file inside the mod.

Edit: Forgot to add the fixed dumpster01, included it this time.

Edit 2: Restored the removed "Welcome to St.Marks" road sign, replaced ID360. The model and textures are sourced from the gta3d mod. I created Xbox‑compatible textures for use with the Xbox mod.
