Retexture of Portland High-Rise Buildings from Ilya Kostygov aka Till Lindermann, ported by me for GTA 3 Android and IOS. These mods replace the textures of high-rise buildings in Portland.

Installation:
• Unzip the zip archive;
• Add with replacement to gta3_xxx.img using the GTA Img Tool application.
